What made you change...

Hope your staying on the path to healthy :0)

So ive a question...we all know what to eat and what not to eat...but do some of you find that when you eat little you gain, when you eat certain foods you lose and even sometimes when you eat more you lose?

I am wondering how different we all are in that aspect?

Did you start by eating minimal and actually gain? Did you then up your intake and start to lose again? If so what did you add? Did you lose and now eat so much more as you train? How much more?

What worked best for you?

    I did low before this last pregnancy just due ignorance on my part. I probably often ate 1300 calories and then bige eat 1-2 days a week. I always gave up. Since December I have been eating TDEE15% which is 2100 plus nursing calories for 2600 total. Been very effective. Despite misconceptions, I eat a lot healthier with more calories. I am not a clean eater, but eat a lot more fruits and veggies, healthy fats, whole grains, etc. I am so glad I figured this out!
