    I had 2 lunches today.

    10ish: chunky style chicken noodle soup
    2ish: PB & J, 2 Special K red berries waffles w/ light syrup

    PB and J...200 cals. I use light bread, 80 cals for 2 pieces, 1 TBSP PB about 90 cals, and SF jelly, about 30 cals.

  • Panda Express Chicken with Mushrooms (130 Cals - - the lowest cal entree they have) and the Mixed Veggies (90 Cals.) and water.

    I'm trying to save my cals for tonight's dinner out!

    how much tuna salad do you use?

    I use a can of albacore tuna in water...approx 4 oz, and only 140 calories.
    the sour cream sounds weird, but it is a great sub for mayo.
