My body seems to like this one weight

I'm finally down to under 300lbs. A couple of weeks ago I hit 291 and then overnight I jumped back up to 294. I figured maybe some water weight, maybe too much salt and processed foods.
Got it back off finally and got down to 288 last week. Then BAM, once again, overnight I was back up to 294. That was yesterday and this morning I was 293.
I can't figure it out. Why do I keep doing this jumping overnight? How is it possible to jump 6 pounds overnight?

Did you weigh yourself before going to bed and in the morning?
If so, definitely the scales.
My scales sometimes show 4lb over, but a quick flick and they drop back down.
I've checked and the lower number is more accurate.0 -
It is completely normal to fluctuate 5-10lbs in one day. It has to do with the food that you are, fluids, glycogen stores, etc. That is why it is suggested you weigh yourself first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom to get the more constant number.0

I weigh in the mornings right after going to the bathroom and when i'm in my birthday suit.

It's just so hard to keep on when I keep jumping back up to this number.0
