Just started C25K, anyone else doing this?

I did it last year and then ran 5 races over the summer/fall. It takes me about 1 hour to run a 5k.
I didn't run this past winter so I am restarting the program. I tried day 1 yesterday but didn't even make it 1/2 way through. But I'm going to try again tomorrow.0 -
Tomorrow is Week 6 Day 2 for me! It's been a great program. Running a 3.5-mile race June 20!0

I started doing 5k races May 2011 with times around 46 minutes. Since I've started, I've run three half marathons with the best time being 2:22 minutes. I can now run a 5k in around 28 minutes.

I started the program in the winter and then got away from it, I have never gotten past week 3. Last week I started again on week 3 and I have done it 3 days so Thursday I am moving on to week 4. I'm a little nervous about not being conditioned enough to move to the next week, but just getting past week 3 is my goal for now!0
