I right I am taking time to reset things. About a month ago I decided to go gluten-free. I found it a little harder than I thought. Before going on vacation to Hawaii, I chose not to worry about it and I would do a liver & colon cleanse once I got back. Basically you diet doing a cleanse is gluten-free so it would be a reset for me. I am in the middle of my cleanse and I am feeling great.


My ultimate goal is to loose body fat and reveal more of my abs. I am almost there. The exercise programs I use are Les Mills Combat, Suspension Training (TRX) and running. I am ready for bikini season but I still don't like what I see in the mirror.
