Workout DVDs - Awesome Confindence Boost

So this morning I hit snooze one too many times and knew that I didn't have time to complete the workout video that I had planned to do without being late for work. (FYI: I create a workout calendar every month listing which video I'm going to do on each day; it keeps me accountable. ) So I broke out my Ripped in 30 video and randomly decided to do Week 2. I had completed the Ri30 challenge at the beginning of April. Anyway, it was an awesome confidence booster because I was able to see how much progress I've made and strength I've gained. When I was doing the challenge, I had to do most of the modified moves. Today I was following the advanced girl AND keeping up with her!!! I felt powerful and accomplished.
Has anyone else gone back to an old workout video that they haven't done in a while and experienced the same thing?

I have a similar story. I finished JMBR about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Since then, I have been doing a mix of 30DS, Jillians Killer Buns and Thighs and cardio a few days too. I decided to do cardio 1 from JMBR (hadn't done in over 2 months)and I used to think it was challenging. I remember thinking that it would never end! I had to laugh when I did it again. I actually had to step it way up just to break a sweat.
I loved it but at the same time, it let me know where I was before JMBR and I felt bad for the old me.0
