NROLFW - help!

So, after losing 13 lbs and looking at all the great results women on this forum have gotten from lifting, I am ready to start. I bought and tried to read NROLFW and honestly, I am completely overwhelmed!
I am going to be doing most of my lifting at home for various reasons. Currently I only own a set of 2 lb, 3 lb, and 5 lb dumbbells. I want to get a set of 10s, 15s, and 20s, but not sure where/what is best.
Plus, I am just very confused. All these charts...workout A, workout B...reps, sets, rest...Help!
