I'm from Australia and have been looking through your great recipes for inspiration. Please tell me, what are eggbeaters?

Thanks Boss, I must say I've never seen anything quite like it! Will stick to real eggs for now.

I can't stand 'em! I know real eggs work for me as far as weight loss, so there's no reason for me to eat fake eggs or just egg whites. *shrug*

Egg beaters are lighter and cholesterol free, so some people eat them. Whole eggs are loaded with cholesterol.

The only thing I have ever used Egg Beaters in that worked was Egg Drop Soup. Beyond that, I'll take real eggs or seperate them myself.

I eat very few yolks... but I've still found it cheaper to buy whole eggs and separate them. I can use the yolks as hair conditioner or just throw them in the compost pile. I also don't really like scrambled eggs and I've yet to find a different way to cook egg beaters! LOL!
