Carrying calories over

I generally don't "carry" over. However, if I know something is coming up and I will "probably" go over my goals (like my birthday weekend coming up)..I may give myself a slightly higher deficit leading up to that weekend...0

For anyone who has done weight watchers the concept of carying over will 'work'. I always ate my flex points on the weekend and you still lose if you are within your goals for the week (being x amount of calories + bonus calories that are factored in obviously)0

I agree this is about life style not a diet. Still totally confused as to whether a weekly or daily calorie count is what I should be aiming for :ohwell:0
