Last night the captain of my tennis team, gave me the shirt I ordered in Size Large (i used to be an XL). As I took it, she looked at me and said no way are you are a large. I tried on the large anyway and another girl said get that off your body - here is a Medium. The medium fit perfectly. I was in heaven! 20 pounds down between WW and MFP. What motivation to keep going
