this site is awesome, nothing wrong if you're over 18, its just that if you're 18, you'll probably get a better understanding of where I am right now with this getting in shape thing!!! I'm going to college as a freshamn this fall and I want to achieve a six pack, hardcore abs, and everything, I'm lifting weights and doing insanity as well and I'm getting there!!!

    I'm on Week 3 of Insanity. I know exactly what you mean about getting those abs. It's taking me so long man. I have been eating healthy for 5 months now. Dropped 57 pounds and being doing weights and jogging and I barely have a 2pac lol THat's why I'm on Insanity now. Hit me up to keep each other motivated.
