I am a 250 lb. man who runs 3-4 times a week for about 2.25 miles and does body pump 2-3 times a week for an hour. I have a fairly physical job with lots of walking and lifting. I have been feeling really tired and weak lately and have read that can be caused by lack of protein in that diet? Is this true am I getting enough? My diary is open!!

I don't think protein is your energy problem, as that is mostly related to total calories and carbs.
Taking a quick peak at your diary, I am not sure you are eating enough. To give you an idea, I weigh 20lbs less than you. I have a sedentary job, my amounts of working is similar. I lose around 2-3 lbs per week in the 2000-2500 range.

Part of my change in nutrition is a HUGE increase in protein. Along with the supplements I take, I make sure I eat between 4 and 12 eggs a day and usually chicken and whey protein. This may sound shocking to alot here and I know the debate and I'm not here for that. I'm just saying what I do and it has boosted my immune system and I am energetic. Not to go too far but it has helped with male issues and of course, the eggs, cholesterol, your brain is made out of it. Hope this helps. Peace.0

Find your TDEE and eat at a cut.
I am eating 1600-1900 cals a day at 30%protein / 30%fat / 40%carbs, and mind you I am at a cut. Somehow, I think you should be eating more than a 5' 5" femaleEspecially with an active job and working out. I have a desk job!
