are the calculators on this site accurate?

i log my work outs an its been saving i burn anywhere from 800-1000 a day. dat cant be right. i do cardio btw.

I wouldn't say that they're accurate, just trust yourself and average everything you eat and worked out each day. Follow your instinct before you decide to eat more or less or don't eat at all after dinner.0

If you are using the Excerises that are already set in MFP, it's not as accurate as you may think. It all depends on the type of workout, the intensity, and how long. Your best bet is to invest in a HRM to get a accurate reading of your calories you burn and then be able to create your own exercises using the information on your HRM. I have one now and often times with guesstimating, you are either overestimating or underestimating.0
