Lowering BF When Already "Lean"

I am trying to drop my body fat percentage just a bit more to get that really ripped look. I am currently around 17% (averaging two different scales). I want to be around 15%, but have been stuck at 17%. I have increased my cardio duration and frequency. I bike, run, stairstepper, swim for cardio (I don't do all of these everyday, I pick one) and lift 6 days a week. Any advice on how to get there in a healthy way? Thanks and HAVE A STRONG DAY!!

    but drop your carbs and you ll crack 15% easy .
