MFP Calorie Burned Data

Ok i have been on ths sight like 2 days and been posting my exercise's, and its been showin my calories burned. I was just wondering how accurate it is.. I am laid off right now and not working so i dont really wanna buy a HRM right now.. and im doin at home workouts, jogging, walking, push-ups, and sit-ups, ect. Its the only thing i have to go by right now.

A lot of it depends on your fitness level and how accurate your data is.
When I had a lot to lose MFP would to say 1,000 burnt and when I got my HRM it said 650 which was more accurate as I had entered a lot more details into it. These days though it is about the same.0 -
I always say a little less to be on the safe side. I would rather be under than over ya know0
