June challenge (are you in?)

Looking for people willing to try a challenge for the month of June (30 days). The challenge would be to lose 4% of your current weight in 30 days. Anyone with me?

any type of activities are welcome and appreciated since we all looking for new workout ideas.

    This sounds good. I'm doing a weight loss challenge at my gym but haven't lost any weight (or inches!!) after exercising hard almost every day. I'd love to share progress regularly and find out what works for others. It might help to have some support :)

    what kind of program are you doing?

    right now, I'm doing Turbofire and Les Mills Combat.

    Hope we can help each other and before we know it, 30 days will be over and we'll be summer ready.
