Looking for people willing to try a challenge for the month of June (30 days). The challenge would be to lose 4% of your current weight in 30 days. Anyone with me?

This sounds good. I'm doing a weight loss challenge at my gym but haven't lost any weight (or inches!!) after exercising hard almost every day. I'd love to share progress regularly and find out what works for others. It might help to have some support0
