looking for other gym rats

I have lost 80 pounds, fighting the last 40 to my goal. I am a Gluten free, vegan, who is obsessed with the gym. I spend an average of 2 hours 4 to 5 days a week. Looking to share workout and food ideas and support!

    I love my gym. I'm there 5-6 days a week for at least an hour (sometimes longer but I usually end up socializing a bit). I won't be good for food ideas.
  • My biggest gains started when I began pushing 3k - 4k calories a day and started using a random workout generator that hits each muscle group with three different excercises. Only have time to hit the gym for an hour a day so I do a

    Mon- legs/abs/back/shoulders
    Tues- chest/biceps/triceps/abs
    Wed- shoulders/back/abs
    Thurs- legs/abs/back
    Fri - chest/biceps/triceps/abs

    reason back and shoulders gets mixed around is I've been training with a personal trainer on mondays in power lifting.
