Kettlebell Kickboxing

I love Kettlebell workouts and have really enjoyed Les Mills Combat from Beachbody. But I just found this new 4 DVD set for Kettlebell Kickboxing. It's not expensive - $60 - I already have kettlebells. Has anyone tried these? What is a review of them?

    I have the dvd series. I love them, I'm always berating hard and drenched in sweat when I use them, also swim/run/bike/row, do aerobics classes, other dvds, weight training and walking/running/biking outdoors.

    I punched a kettlebell once.

    I would not advise kicking one.

    bridgittlee - berating hard? Are the dvds bad?
