30DS without weight

Has anyone tried doing 30DS without using dumbells?? If yes, how's the result?? What is your opinion about your body after 30DS without using weights.

    I am on day 4 of the 30DS today (skipped a couple days this week). Today was the first time I used any weights and I could only use them half the time. My arms are so sore! I think it you have a lot to lose, or haven't worked your muscles for a while, starting without weights is fine. If you don't have weights you can use water bottles or canned goods also. I am using 3lb weights to start. We will see what happens but I feel it so I know for now anyway that the 3lbs are fine for me.

    I am using the 5lb weights but like your other response, you can substitute cans or bottles of water. Hand weights are relatively inexpensive though (a 3lb ranges from around $4-5). Resistance bands may also be another option. Whatever weight or item you use, should be helpful with all 3 levels.
