I am a 27 year old female. I am 5' 5'' and weight 140 lbs. I am wanting to loose about 10 pounds/get firmer. I am eating my TDEE-15%, which puts me at 1700 calories. Has anyone about my size eating this amount of calories had success losing weight? I don't mind it being a slow loss. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around eating this much to lose weight. Thanks MFP friends! Oh and I work out about about 3-5 times a week and I have a desk job.

1700 NET, right? As in, you're eating back exercise calories.
I am 5'0, 115lbs, and I lose when I Net at 1700, but I eat as much as 2200 with exercise calories.0 -
My exercise calories are already factored in. So I eat 1700 everyday no matter what.0
