just wondering if when u start to lose weight does your calories carbs fat and protein go down and you wont have as many. thanks im new at this

Not sure if this is answering your question or not...once I hit 10 lbs lost, MFP alerted me and asked if I wanted to update my calorie etc. guidelines to reflect my new weight. I hit yes, but I didn't really notice what changed. So once you start to lose weight your body will have different requirements, but MFP will do all the work for you and let you know what you need.0

Yes it does .. the more you lose weight .. I started at like 2350 calories, and now it's down to 2110 ..0

I would think they would go down. For sure, your calories go down (until you maintain and then you eat more).0
