late night exercise

Does anyone exercise right before bed. I ended up going almost 300 cal over goal today. I would like to burn off at least half (if not all) but won't have a chance until about 10:30, then I would go straight to bed.

    I exercise late at night all the time- it just works best for my schedule. If I exercise really late I exercise, take a quick shower, and hop in bed. The whole cooling off thing from exercise and after the shower really helps me sleep- never have a problem with being too pumped up to sleep or anything.

    Honestly I am a late night exerciser...just got finished now. Will be in bed by 11pm. I am just NOT an early exerciser at all

    Nah not me...once I'm in my jammies...it's all over but the crying!

    I try to get my workouts earlier in the day or early morning...I just like it better.

    If I exercise later at night anything after 8 pm I cant sleep worth a dang

    I find I sleep better and fall asleep better when I've worn myself out with a good workout before bed.

    Same here, I always find Im eating dinner at 8.30-9 if I'm cooking. But whats better then going to bed on a full satisfied tummy!

    I just got done exercising at 11:25pm. I have a 3 year old and my husband also irks third shift so I get my "me" time after she goes to bed and after he leaves for work. It is usually around 10pm. I'm usually finishing wash or dishes until 10:30 so that is the time that works best for me. I am definitely a night owl and not a morning person!
