On February 25th of this year, I had my last chemotherapy treatment. Chemo was very hard on my body. I gained almost 50 pounds and I lost a lot of strength.
I joined MyFitPal and casually started tracking my calories and exercise a little while ago, but now I am ready to commit. That means having MyFitPal friends!
Is there anyone in a similar situation? Between 40-50 lbs to lose after illness or even pregnancy? Other folks in their early 30s looking to rebuild their body and just feel HEALTHY again?
Let me know if you want be friends! I'm HokiePokied. Hope to see you around!
