Took some new progress pictures now that I have FINALLY hit the 30 pounds lost mark, and I FINALLY see some visual changes. Here are the pics (I don't have pics right from when I started, so here are the last 20 pounds)

There's less difference between these 2 pics than the above pics. You will have to right click the pic and open it in a new tab.

I'm also interested to know calorie intake and what workouts you did to lose, as I am the same shape and stats as you - and would love to look like your 'after' shots!!

    You look amazing :flowerforyou:

    THanks guys.
I'm 5'4, I am eating about 1800 (on average) per day (using TDEE method), and this past month I did 30 Day Shred. Starting Ripped in 30 today.

well done you look fantastic and have lost so much. I started on Monday and I am the same weight as what you were at the start. Im finding it trickly already as I weighed myself this morning and it said a 1 pound gain! I have been doing exercise and adding this on to my tracker (and eating those calories) can you give me some advice on how to make this work the best please??

    Thanks

Thanks guys. This has taken me about 8 months. I did gain a couple pounds at Christmas that set me back, but other than that it's been fairly consistent losses (getting a bit harder now as I get closer to the end but it's still going). I really have made this sustainable for myself. I eat out generally at least once a week, I eat chocolate nearly every day, I eat a bit less during the week so I can eat more on the weekends. This may have meant my loss was a bit slower but I'm totally cool with that. (well, mostly haha. We all like quick fixes)

Like I said, I do the TDEE method and have found that works well for me and allows me to eat the most I can while still losing nicely, then adding in exercise when you can.
