Hello Everyone,

I'm Sam, 42 years old and about 27 pounds overweight. I exercise at least 4 times per week for 60 minutes via treadmill, Pilates, Jillian Michaels fat burning workout DVD, canoeing, swimming and hiking. The weight is coming off at about 1 pound per week.

I recently heard an expression "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels." Not sure if I agree with that, but it does run through my mind when I'm contemplating eating peanut butter by the tablespoon.

Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight here. I like to be motivated and also provide motivation when needed, so please feel free to add me if you ever want to give or receive a good pep talk or would like to have an online workout buddy!
