Am I not doing enough exercise?

Not seeing the results I would have liked by now, and I know that my eating is 100% great, but I would say it's 80%. I don't count calories, but I do watch what goes in. I try to make the best choices, especially when I cook. Although, it still needs some work. However, I feel as if I am not doing enough exercise. It's hard for me to go outside and run because where I live, it gets far too hot, and because of my work schedule, I need to go to bed VERY early. So, when it cools down, I am now asleep
. I really enjoyed doing interval workouts/tabata workouts, but they aren't long. I think I spend about 20-30 minutes exercising a day, tops! I don't know if it's enough. I am not as toned as I thought I would be and my weight number is still the same. Should I be doing weights, like 3 sets of 15: arms, legs, core, etc. then tabata? Should I do this every day for 5 days, then weekends off?
As of yesterday, I started to count my calories too.
Thank you!

I'd say you're doing plenty, although more exercise couldn't hurt. I know I'm going to start adding weights in asap because I'd like a little more muscle as well as burning fat. I also think once you really get started counting calories you'll see you're probably eating more than you thought (and counting calories makes it tougher to eat crazy..because you won't want to log that LOL)..I know I was eating a thousand or more calories a day over what I should be!! And a lot of them were fluids (coke, milk, tea, etc...) I now eat more veggies and drink less coke my calories are almost always under and I'm not hungry (I swear I was more hungry eating more calories, because I was eating WAY unhealthy calories)0
