Hello

I am brand new to this website and the practice of keeping a food diary as well. I have had issues with my weight since I was a teenager, after losing 50 lbs in a year living in Seattle (I was at 295 when I got there and at 245 when I had left a year later) ever since then my weight has steady increased. Now that I weigh almost 320 lbs I have decided to finally take some serious life changing steps and take control of my entire lifestyle. I also suffer from an eating disorder, and I hope that this kind of approach can help me deal with my depression issues and learn to deal with food in a way that isn't self destructive.
