Hey everyone!
I found MFP last year and was doing well but life and work got so busy and I quit tracking myself... big mistake... I am back and ready to start all over again. I must make this a life change. I need motivation and support and I know I have it on here and that's why I am back. I would love to join a group who weigh- in weekly... I think Mondays work best as they seem to keep me honest through the weekends. Let me know if anyone is interested in joining me or has a group I can join!

I am shooting for a lb a week for a year.
My goal weight is alot of people's start weight but it works for me!0
