Hello all,
I saw my rheumatologist this morning who has decided that the cocktail of methotrexate, plaquenil and sulfasalazine is not controlling the RA.
He is switching me to half of the weekly methotrexate dose and Humira. This will be my first time using this class of drug, and as a hard core needle phobic am not looking forward to the injection thing. ug.
I was wondering if anyone has been on a similar path and if you felt improvment with Humira, any side effects, etc.
Any input appreciated.
