I always hear that you can't spot reduce, but kinda thought about it, and it doesn't seem to quite make sense. If I were to only workout arms for 3 months, I wouldn't notice any difference at all? o.o I kinda did this (with a little legs and abs) and there is a huge difference, but now I want to try reducing my tummy, but was told I cannot spot reduce. This seems kinda wrong though because I see people all the time who only workout something more than an other, and there is a HUGE difference. o.o If I do core workouts 5 days a week, nothing will happen to my tummy? It seems wrong!
Let me know your thoughts!

I think you're getting confused between building muscle and toning in certain areas ( which of course is possible) and spot reduction of fat (which isn't) You can tone up areas but you can't reduce fat from specific areas as your body will just take fat from all over the place.0
