I've been given a bag of raspberry leaf tea, loose not in tea bags. How much should I use per cup ? A teaspoon is my first guess.

You'll want to put those tea leaves in an infuser. How much to use depends on how strong you like your tea and how long you let it steep.

Please note raspberry leaf tea is recommended for drinking late in pregnancy to help prepare the body for labour - you should not drink it if you are pregnant until you are at least 36 weeks along (I'm not saying you're pregnant, just that anyone who is or trying to be should be aware   )
