Looking to bother someone for a bit.

Firstly, I'm quite infrequently using MFP to track my days. I only occasionally want to check my caloric intake; I'm disiplined about 90% of the time, but that's not relevant right now.
So here's my deal: I've been using Tim Ferriss' 4-Hour Body diet for the last month & a half, & I love it. It makes me feel so clean & detoxed everyday. I also run on my treadmill 5 to 6 days a week. The problem that's been dragging me down is the weight loss, or lack there of. The Tim Ferriss diet practically garantees "lose 20lbs in 30 days without exercise" & here I am, following the diet AND exercising (because I like it & it makes me feel well) for OVER 30 days without results.
Don't get me wrong, as I keep saying, I totally respect the diet for making me feel so clean on the inside, but this is more of a vanity issue. The diet insists that you give yourself a binge day once a week (to jolt the metabolism), & to expect weight gain after the binge day, which was all fine. But it seemed like the binge day just keeps making my whole week prior of diet & exercise to cancel itself out. So I would lose the weight for the week, it would come back up after the binge, go back down to where i was at by the next binge day, & I just couldn't make any progress, it's just been stagnent.
I've been on the journey to improve my body for over a year now, I've lost nearly 50lbs total, which makes me feel awesome, but I'm still not done. I haven't reached my goal yet.
My motivation is slipping quickly, & I just want to eat bread & cheese without regrets. Could I bug someone to tell me that I'll get there? A texting buddy, emailing, whatever? I never had to turn to anyone for support because I usually support myself well enough, but I'm feeling awfully stuck any more.
