Over the last few weeks my weight loss kind of stalled, have been losing and gaining the same pound over and over. I have just noticed that my battery light keeps flashing on my scale, could this possibly be affecting the accuracy of my weigh in??

    trust me,

seeing inches lost and clothes fitting better give a much bigger motivation boost than what the scales say!

start measuring, once every 2 weeks, month ect, you can log the change on MFP and see the graph go down!!!
