Bob Harper/Super Burn Pure Strength DVD

Has anyone else out there tried this DVD? It has really helped me quite a bit in building my endurance and strengthening my upper body. This is one tough workout that will have sweating profusely within the first 7-10 minutes. I am still struggling in getting my waist down a few more inches but that's probably more attributable to my diet.

How has your experience been so far? If you haven't used it, I'd highly recommend it.
