Only 221 Calories per slice




1 mama Marys thin and crispy crust 12in
1/2 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce more if u like it really saucy
1 cup shrimp cooked
1 1/2 cup of baby scallops cooked
1 cup baby spinach raw
1 tbs capers
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes less if you don't want it too spicy for the kids
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella



preheat oven to 450

heat sauce with capers, 1/2 of the oregano, and the red pepper flakes. Spoon over crust that has been brushed with 1 tsp olive oil.
in the mean time cook scallops and shrimp with 1 tsp olive oil
put shrimp and scallops over sauce and then add the spinach, cheese and remaining oregano to the top of pizza
turn oven to 425 and cook for 10 min
put to broil for 2 min until cheese is bubbly
