2 tsp olive oil
2 tbs honey
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbs dijon mustard (i used whole grain garlic)
3 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
blk peper to taste
1 lb salmon
mix everything and put only on flesh side I let sit in the fridge for about 30 min before baking but im sure it would be fine if you just put in oven right away
I baked at 350 for 20 min with the skin side down(we did not eat the skin because it did not crisp up but i would still cook with it on there only to prevent sticking to the pan and or drying out
It was still a tiny pink in the center but that if the way I like it.
