exercise and calories

Please can anyone give me some advice.....

I am aged 42 - 5.6ft and around 12 stone ....

I do roughly around 9 hours exercise a week - classes 1 hr X zumba class , 1 hr X legs bums and tums class 3 X aqua aerobics classes and 2 hour x 100 lengths breast stoke swimming - and 2 hours around the gym. ...

How many calories should I be using each day??? and some people say eat your calories you use on exercise - some people say don't.... I am getting sooo confused....
