So, basically I'm doing 2 a days on Mon, Weds, and Fri. Since I'm in the military, I have mandatory PT, but I want to do more than that. Soooo, here is my workout plan. Let me know what you think?? Monday: Upper Body – Chest, Bi’s, and Tri’s
-Dumbell Flyes
-Bicep Curls
-Tricep Extension
-Dumbell Bench Press
-Skullcrushers
Sprints for 20-30 mins
-Abs
Tuesday: Lower Body-Plyometrics
-Box Jump
-Bounce
-Burnouts
-Laterals
-Burpee
Wednesday: Swim/Steady State Cardio
-Abs
Thursday: Upper Body-Back and Shoulders
-Shoulder Press
-One Arm Rows
- Lateral Lifts
-Barbell Row
-Sprints!!! 20 min 1:1
Friday: Lower Body-Weights
-Weighted Squat
-Deadlift
-Weighted Walking Lunges
-Calf Raise
- Back Extension
-Abs
