It's hard I know, but you can have them , but in moderation.. Just make room for them in your daily intake.....

Yes and I usually handle it buy still eating too much lol. Really, if you can force yourself to cut down on the refined carbs & sugars the cravings will ease up.

I eat bread, potatoes, pasta in moderation - which is 2 slices of a high quality Vogel bread for lunch, 75g pasta or 200-250 g potato (or sweet potato) for dinner

I've cut out "biscuit tin" biscuits, as even one Rich tea (for example) is about 40 cal and I want 3 or 4.

After nearly 5 months on here I find I don't even look for the biscuit tin, I go for something which is a single serving then I can't have another or I'm greedy:blushing: So a 2-bar kitkat is ideal. (109 calories)

Since I've got Type 2 Diabetes, I have to be really careful about the carb intake, since I can have up to 155 grams of carbohydrates a day. If I exercise, though, I can go up in that department.

I get cravings... then satisfy them. Rice, potatoes and pasta are great. In fact I would have assumed they were everyone's default carb source when they're trying to "eat healthy"
