30 Day Squat and Crunch Challenge

Yesterday I started both of these challenges. For those who have done this, I was just wondering how you logged it. Did you just take it as a bonus tiny workout and not bother with logging it? <----May be a dumb question. :P

    I started the 30 day ab challenge but I am not logging it. It doesnt take that long to do it.

    Yeah, that's the way I was looking at it. Didn't really feel it was worth the trouble to log. Thanks for the feedback. :)

    You can log it under strength if you want to log it...no calories added through that method though...
