New here

Just joined recently and I'm working toward gaining Muscle Mass, I can't really say I've been a very active exerciser in the past. I've had the luxury of a high metabolism but despite the warnings from people around me I didn't listen and now, at 31 years old, I find myself with a slowing metabolism and have decided, with the push and inspiration from my wife, that it's time to get into shape.

I'm 5'7", 165(ish) pounds, I'd to convert what I got into muscle and add some weight in muscle on top of that, my goal is 170, but first, I gotta figure out what I'm doing lol.

I'm not above accepting help and advice (even if one of my flaws is having difficulty asking for it). Feel free to add me.
