I've taken on board the advice to add strength training to my health plan, I'm buying some weights at the weekend as I don't really feel confident about joining a gym at the moment.
Below is my 1st draft for my fitness plan please comment with any advice/ideas

Walk to and from work

I will join a gym I just have it set as one of my targets. I was thinking about taking the legs out as I'm walking and riding a lot0
