exercise plan

I've taken on board the advice to add strength training to my health plan, I'm buying some weights at the weekend as I don't really feel confident about joining a gym at the moment.

Below is my 1st draft for my fitness plan please comment with any advice/ideas

Monday
Walk to and from work
Arms

Tuesday
Walk to and from work
chest

Wednesday
Walk to work
Rest

Thursday
Walk to work
legs

Friday
Walk to work
Back and shoulders

Saturday
Walk to work
Bike ride 1hr

Sunday
Walk to work
rest

    Put a rest day after legs. Or two.

    And join a gym. Use their equipment. Nobody's judging you. I promise.

    I will join a gym I just have it set as one of my targets. I was thinking about taking the legs out as I'm walking and riding a lot
