Hi Guys Insanity Tips?

Hi Guys first week on here and im really enjoying tracking my diet and excercise.

Can I ask a few questions, do people know if you can miss a few days without having too
much affect??,I had too miss a few days this week(couldnt be helped).I've got straight back
on it,felt well guillty.

Feeling a wee bit stronger after two weeks now.Things are still looking horrid when I take my
top off.....guess that will take some time.

Any insanity tips welcome??.
