Sorry, I got carried away and joined some discussions already - over enthusiastic, we'll see in 10 weeks time lol. I've got 35 lbs to lose but that's not the main reason I'm doing this. The doctor has told me if I don't do something I will be diabetic which really scares me. So if i can lower my weight by lowering my sugar intake then that's double bubble. My wife put me on to MFP which I am enjoying using.

Having done diets before, it's not the getting it off that's hard, it's keeping it off. Anyone got any good ideas on this, hypnotherapy, joining a religeous sect ???? Just signed up for the summer challenge which will hopefully put me at about 3/4 to my goal by the end. I'm not going to tell any friends or family, I'm going to see if they notice.
