toning with resistance bands? help!

Good morning everyone, I need some help finding some good BEGINNER exercises or routines for resistance bands. Everything I have found incorporates a lot of cardio (which I can't really do because of my COPD), or its really vague and I am afraid I will injure myself. I don't have a lot of money to buy videos and/or books. Anybody have any ideas to help me?

Just a note, that I am slowly and surely losing weight watching my calories, and I currently walk for exercise. I really need to start upping my game with some strength training. I have a resistance band set. Any help would be much appreciated.
