I am starting weight training in bits. I am using Nia Shanks routine for beginners. I wish to post what I have done in my exercise diary but can't find it. I have done 4 sets 5 reps of deadlifts. Can someone tell me where to post it?

    Are you on an app or in the browser.

    For the android app-go to add to diary, the scroll down and click strength, and go from there.

    From the browser, on the left side, the track exercise button is below the track food button, below strength there is an add exercise button. Click and go from there.

    Now for logging, don't worry about the Nia Shanks thing, if you did dead-lifts just input dead-lifts with the reps/sets/weight amount.
