Newbie!

Hey everyone! My name is Kayla and I'm a newbie! Looking to find some friends to share this journey with. I have been indenial about my weight for a LONG time and it's time I start doing something about it. I'm a mom of 2 beautiful kids and to be honest, I've used them as an excuse as to why I don't have time to exercise or even eat right. I would love to lose around 50 pounds, I just need some encouragement, tough love and motivation.

Are there any moms out there willing to share some tips with me? They would be greatly appreciated :)

    Welcome to MFP! There are a lot of moms here, and it's a great place to get support and encouragement.

    My son is 9 months old, and it's tough! I can only find the time to exercise after he goes to bed, and it being "too late" was always my excuse before. Now I just combine using the elliptical at my house with the hour I normally spent sitting on the couch watching tv.
