Questions for the ladies about the Mirena

I got my Mirena last year a few months after my daughter was born. I was considered very over weight then and didn't have any side effects. After I've lost the weight I noticed all these changes. After the doctor placed it I bleed for a month, which I expect, and then my periods after were only a few days and I stopped. Since I've lost all the weight I've gotten most of the side effects. Headache, dizziness, having a period for 3 weeks, and acne (never had it before!) and other issues. At first I thought it was my diet but I maintained for a few months and still had the issues.
I work at a nursing home and before I told anyone I had the Mirena one of the nurses asked if I did and laughed saying I was having the side effects. Guess I'll be taking it out soon when I get an appointment.
I was curious if anyone else got it when they were over weight and then had trouble after weight loss?

It probably shifted due to the weight loss. I am not a fan of IUDs, too many complications. Definitely get it checked out next appt.0
