NSV with pic(s) Jeans

So..about 4 months ago I was bulging out of size 36 jeans:



Today I am proud to say I fit into a 32....could have squezed into a 30 but that would be pushing it LOL.....also I am used to wearing XL t-shirts...today I fit into a Medium (shmedium)....



I follow the TDEE-20% method + heavy lifting. I honestly enjoy helping people so please feel free to contact me. (No I don't have a six pack, or probably will ever get one because that is not my end goal).
