Need alternatives ...

I do not eat any fruits and little vegetables. I've been like this my entire life. Each year I try fruit, it smells so good, but cannot get it down.

It's so upsetting, because that leaves me limited items to eat

    If you hate fruits and vegetables choking them down for the rest of your life isn't sustainable. You should try out some different fruits and veggies and try different ways to prepare them. If you still can't eat them, vitamins and a fiber supplement.

    I was going to suggest smoothies too. They are a great way to get them in without having to chew :)

    There aren't any. You just have to be a big girl and eat your veggies.

    Would it help if I made air plane noises?

    Not rocket science, even my kitchen challenged husband can do it. Put fruit in a blender with some milk or water and turn it on. Smoothie!

    Do what you can with the smoothies, try new recipes, try new types of fruits/veggies, sneak bits in... you need to keep introducing yourself to the fruits and veggies and you A) might find a few you like, and B) might get used to them and actually start craving them :)
