                    I do not eat any fruits and little vegetables. I've been like this my entire life. Each year I try fruit, it smells so good, but cannot get it down.

            If you hate fruits and vegetables choking them down for the rest of your life isn't sustainable. You should try out some different fruits and veggies and try different ways to prepare them. If you still can't eat them, vitamins and a fiber supplement.0

 Not rocket science, even my kitchen challenged husband can do it. Put fruit in a blender with some milk or water and turn it on. Smoothie!0

            Do what you can with the smoothies, try new recipes, try new types of fruits/veggies, sneak bits in... you need to keep introducing yourself to the fruits and veggies and you A) might find a few you like, and might get used to them and actually start craving them might get used to them and actually start craving them 0 0
